A PRACTICAL WAY TO BEGIN
Start With a Defined Business Case
True Clarity is typically offered through an annual platform comrimhiHet, with implementation and onboarding based on the systems, knowlerge sources, users, security requirements, and use cases included. Organizations can begin with a defined deployment or pilot focused a practical business problem and expand as value is demonstrated.
PRICING
Enterprise AI pricing that doesn’t require a decoder ring.
Flat-rate platform pricing. Published implementation and support costs. One-time connectors only when you add systems. No per-query metering, no per-document fees, no bill shock. The price we quote is the price you pay.
The Predictability Difference
Most enterprise AI is metered — per query, per token, per seat of anxiety. TrueClarity is flat-rate: every employee in your organization can ask as many questions as it takes to run the business, and the number doesn’t move. That predictability isn’t fine print — it’s the answer to every bill-shock story your CFO has heard.
The Platform — Flat-Rate Subscription
TrueClarity™ is priced by the shape of your organization, not by counting seats or metering usage. Every tier includes unlimited users within the tier, unlimited documents and knowledge bases, full platform access (RAG, versioned receipts, permission inheritance), security and platform updates — and the Microsoft 365 connector suite at no extra charge.
Annual Subscription
Every tier includes: full platform access, unlimited documents and knowledge bases, all connectors, and standard + security updates.
| Tier | For | Monthly (billed annually) | Annual |
|---|---|---|---|
| Foundation | One location, one business unit | $2,500 | $30,000 |
| Growth | Multiple departments, multiple repositories | $5,000 | $60,000 |
| Enterprise | Multiple companies, divisions, locations | $8,500+ | $102,000+ |

Connectors — One-Time, Only for Systems You Add
The Microsoft 365 suite (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Outlook) is included with every subscription. Additional systems connect at a fixed one-time price when the source has a documented, accessible API — or a fair custom quote when it doesn't. Connector maintenance is covered by your subscription.
| Connector Class | Condition | One-time |
|---|---|---|
| Microsoft 365 Suite | Always | Included |
| Simple | Well-documented REST API, standard authentication | $5,000 |
| Standard | Multi-endpoint, moderate data transformation | $7,000 |
| Complex | Proprietary API, custom authentication, deep data model | $10,000 |
| No Proper API | Screen scraping, exports, vendor cooperation | Custom quote (typically from $12,000) |
Connector pricing is based on our technical assessment of the source's integration surface. Sources with a documented, accessible API fall into the tiers above. Sources without a proper API are quoted individually, typically from $12,000. If a source proves materially more complex than our initial assessment, the revised scope is quoted and approved before any additional work begins. No surprise invoices.
Implementation — One-Time, Scaled by Systems, Not Headcount
Includes enterprise discovery, connector configuration, knowledge base setup, security configuration, end-user training and workshops, production deployment, and 60 days of hypercare. Priced by the number of systems we connect — not the size of your payroll — so a 35-person shop isn't punished for being smaller than a 150-person shop with the same systems.
| Package | Scope | Investment |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | 1–2 systems (e.g., Microsoft 365 + one connector) | $15,000 |
| Standard | 3–5 systems | $25,000 |
| Complex | 5+ systems or custom integrations | $40,000+ |

Support — Optional, Two Tiers
The platform is designed to run itself. Support is for organizations that want us alongside.
| Tier | Annual | Includes |
|---|---|---|
| Standard$12,000 | $12,000 | End-user support, administrator assistance, monitoring |
| Success+$24,000 | $24,000 | Everything in Standard, plus quarterly business reviews (hours recovered vs. your baseline), knowledge base optimization, prompt engineering, usage analytics, connector health monitoring, priority response, two onsite strategy sessions, monthly reviews |
Year One - Real Examples
Foundation, single location (Microsoft 365 only): Implementation $15,000 + subscription $30,000 = $45,000 year one. (Support optional from $12,000.)
Growth, 3–5 systems (e.g., ERP + HRIS added):
| Item | Investment |
|---|---|
| Implementation — Standard | $25,000 |
| Two connectors (ERP + HRIS) | $12,000–$17,000 |
| Subscription — Growth (annual) | $60,000 |
| Support (optional) | $12,000–$24,000 |
| Total Year One | $109,000–$126,000 |
The honest context: comparable enterprise AI platforms run $150,000–$300,000+ annually — and generally don't include ERP connectivity, implementation, or adoption support. TrueClarity™ Growth covers more territory for roughly half the cost of the incumbents — and Foundation starts at $30,000 a year.
The other side of the math: your people spend roughly 30% of their week searching for information that already exists in your company. That's not a software problem — that's a payroll problem. The most expensive option is the one you already have.
Not Ready for the Full Investment? Start With a Pilot.
One department. One data source. Four to six weeks. A defined success metric — and the pilot is 100% credited toward your implementation. We'll prove the value before you commit, and if a pilot doesn't fit either, we'll tell you straight.

The Offer, In One Paragraph
The price is predictable. The adoption is managed. The value is measured. That's the offer — flat-rate enterprise AI from $2,500/month, ERP-connected answers, versioned receipts, and a team that stays until your people are actually using it.
